Thy Kingdom Come

Project Name: Thy Kingdome Come
Overview: Winter project created in order to get acclimated to Zbrush and Aftereffects CS3.
Tasks: Texture helmet & clothing, Model and texture realistic human head, sculpt soldier body and armor. Make a 3d planet animation.



Akira's Bike Modified

Project Name: Akira's Bike
Overview: Create 3-d model of Akira's bike for the purposes of placing the model in a photograph for a Digital Photography class assignment.
Taks: Texture, Uv Map decals and place them througout the bike, Create car shader for texture, Mental Ray render.

Facial Expressions

Project Name: Morph Target Assignment
Overview: Model facial expressions for one generic head using morph target animations.
Tasks: Model head, texture, Create morph targets, pose.

Babel

Project Name: Babel (Virtools Game)
Overview: Main character meant to make his way to the top of the ancient tower of babel in order to retrieve an artifact. Multiple routes lead to the summit, varying in levels of difficulty. Intuative game meant to have many possible ways of completing.
Taks: Model Environment, Texturing, Lighting, Character Design, Design Gameplay, Rigging of Non Player Characters, Posing of Populance, Script ladder system that allows a player to move about, Designing obsacles and materials needed to reach summit, rigging, texturing and modeling of seagulls meant to circle around the structure, create introduction animation and title sequence.

Render Farm

Project Name: Render Farm (3-d animation short, 2mins 14secs)
Overview: Project created for Rigging/walk cycle assignment for Maya II class. A bug hits the renderfarm set up at school. Jonh Messer logs onto the system as "johnny.exe" (a cyber avatar) that must remove the viral bug from a computer station.
Tasks: Character design, textures, Walk cylcle, Nondestructive animations using track editors, Camera controls, background environment, title sequence, rigging, gestures, posing, animations.




TOMOE

Project Name: TOMOE (flash game/ 3-d animation intro)
Overview: Originally a flash game created for a school project. These are still shots from a 3-d animation made using Autodesk Maya to serve as an introduction to the game itself.
Tasks: 3-d model, vector render.

Star Wars Project

Project Name: Star Wars The New Republic
Overview: After learning that the special effects for the original Star Wars were made in the EVL lab in my school, I set out to make a short Star Wars Anime introduction. These were the models created from blueprints that depicted the vehicles from the series.
Tasks: Model to scale from blueprint, Render using vectror lines in order to achieve an "Anime look".









Midnight Melody

Project Name: Midnight Melody (3-D Animated Short 3mins 54secs)
Overview: Created in my first semester of college taking an Autodesk Maya course. Story taken from an idea developed while making a manga in the Spring of 2006.
Taks: Lighting, All 3-D modeling, Character Design, Environment layout, UV Mapping, Texturing, and Render Camera Passes.
